Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the relevant course materials on our learning portal, live session details and recordings where applicable, community channels where applicable, and templates, checklists, source code, and other digital resources tied to the program.
Access details (login credentials, joining instructions, calendar invitations) are typically delivered by email within a reasonable timeframe after payment. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking your inbox (including spam folder) for these communications.
Access is granted to the enrolling individual only and is non-transferable. Sharing of account credentials is not permitted.
4. Live Sessions and Recordings
For programs that include live sessions:
- Sessions are typically conducted via Zoom or a similar video conferencing platform
- Schedules and joining links are shared via email and WhatsApp
- Sessions are typically recorded; recordings are made available to enrolled learners during the access period
- The recording policy, validity window, and access duration are specified at the time of enrolment for each program
We may, at our reasonable discretion, reschedule sessions due to operational reasons. When this happens, affected learners are notified through email and WhatsApp with revised timings.
5. Payments and Pricing
- All prices are displayed on the respective course or product page at the time of checkout
- Pricing may be region-specific, with separate Indian Rupee (INR) and US Dollar (USD) pricing where applicable
- Pricing is subject to change without prior notice; the price displayed at the time of purchase is the price applicable to that transaction
- Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PayU, PayPal, Tagmango). By making a payment, you agree to that gateway's terms in addition to ours
- We do not directly handle or store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials
6. Taxes and Currency
- For Indian customers, GST is applied where applicable in accordance with Indian tax law
- For international customers, prices listed in USD may be subject to currency conversion charges by your bank or card provider — these charges are outside our control
- Tax invoices reflecting the appropriate tax treatment will be issued for each completed transaction
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

For programs that include access to a community channel or WhatsApp group:
- Discussions are limited to course-related topics and professional engagement
- Spam, harassment, hate speech, off-topic promotion, and any unlawful content are not permitted
- We reserve the right to remove members who violate community standards, without refund
Sharing of course materials, recordings, joining links, or community content outside the community is strictly prohibited.
10. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, recordings, source code, templates, checklists, rubrics, branding, logos, and written content are owned by Manifold AI Learning or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
Upon enrolment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own learning. You do not receive any ownership rights or rights to redistribute the content.
11. No Sharing of Course Materials
You may not:
- Share, resell, distribute, republish, or upload course materials, recordings, or any digital content
- Use our content to create competing products, training programs, or course content
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or attributions
- Reproduce content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
- Use automated tools to scrape or download protected content
Violation of these terms may result in account termination, removal of access without refund, and legal action where appropriate.
12. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Manifold AI Learning provides educational content and training programs intended to build engineering capability, system thinking, and the ability to articulate and defend technical decisions.
We do not guarantee:
- Job placement, job offers, or hiring outcomes at any specific organisation
- Salary increases, raises, or specific income outcomes
- Specific certification results from third-party providers (such as NVIDIA certifications, where applicable)
- Specific revenue, business, or career outcomes
- Specific learning outcomes — these depend on each learner's effort, prior experience, and consistency
References to past learner outcomes, testimonials, or sample case studies are illustrative and not representative of typical or guaranteed results.
13. Use of Examples, Projects, and Educational Content
Our programs may include examples, demo projects, case studies, and reference implementations. These are provided for educational purposes only.

Use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform's separate terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the conduct, content, performance, or downtime of those platforms beyond what we directly publish.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Manifold AI Learning and its founder, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services

- We are not responsible for losses arising from your reliance on educational content, your implementation of techniques covered in our programs, or any third-party platform's downtime or behaviour

17. Changes to Courses, Pricing, or Schedule

- Change live session schedules with reasonable notice to enrolled learners
