1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website manifoldailearning.com, our learning portal, live sessions, community channels, and any associated services provided by Manifold AI Learning LLP ("we," "us," or "our"), operating as Manifold AI Learning.

Our business and billing name is Manifold AI Learning LLP. Registered office: 42, Giridhanva, Adjacent to Madhuvana Layout, Srirampura 3rd Stage, Kuvempunagar, Mysuru, Karnataka – 570023, India.

By accessing our website, enrolling in a program, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enrol in our programs and make purchases. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Course Enrolment and Access

Upon confirmation of the payment required for your selected access, you will receive access to the relevant course materials on our learning portal, live session details and recordings where applicable, community channels where applicable, and templates, checklists, source code, and other digital resources tied to the program.

Access details (login credentials, joining instructions, calendar invitations) are typically delivered by email within a reasonable timeframe after payment. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking your inbox (including spam folder) for these communications.

Access follows the product and payment option you select. A first instalment or application does not by itself unlock every programme or conditional bonus. Pre-release content and live participation follow the availability and schedule disclosed before purchase.

Access is granted to the enrolling individual only and is non-transferable. Sharing of account credentials is not permitted.

4. Live Sessions and Recordings

For programs that include live sessions:

• Sessions are typically conducted via Zoom or a similar video conferencing platform
• Schedules and joining links are shared via email and WhatsApp
• Sessions are typically recorded; recordings are made available to enrolled learners during the access period
• The recording policy, validity window, and access duration are specified at the time of enrolment for each program

We may, at our reasonable discretion, reschedule sessions due to operational reasons. When this happens, affected learners are notified through email and WhatsApp with revised timings.

5. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are displayed on the respective course or product page at the time of checkout
• Our current website displays INR for India and USD for other countries. Confirm your billing country, currency and total at checkout; contact support before paying if they are incorrect
• Prices may change for future purchases. A confirmed purchase retains its agreed price and payment schedule; a previously issued protected upgrade quote remains valid for its stated window
• Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PayPal, Stripe, or the hosted TagMango checkout). By making a payment, you agree to that gateway's terms in addition to ours
• We do not directly handle or store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials

5A. Enterprise Mastery — Pay in Two Parts

The Agentic AI Enterprise Mastery Bootcamp offers a pilot two-part payment option for limited learners where available at checkout. Full payment remains available.

• First 50% today: confirms your enrolment after payment is received. Begin with Orientation and the included October cohort asynchronous recordings; live participation follows your confirmed cohort schedule.
• Remaining 50%: due 20 days after your first payment. This is the remaining balance of the same bootcamp purchase, not an optional course upgrade.
• Amounts and dates: review the full course price, applicable taxes, each instalment and due date on the hosted checkout before paying. Keep your checkout confirmation. If the displayed schedule differs from the offer you expected, contact support before confirming payment.
• Advanced RAG bonus: the included limited-time Advanced RAG Implementation Vault bonus activates only after the full bootcamp payment is confirmed, whether paid upfront or after the second instalment. The bonus is not a cash credit or a separate refund entitlement.
• Payment support: if you expect a delay or have a billing issue, contact support using your enrolment email and payment reference. Skipping sessions, not using the portal or not requesting the bonus does not by itself cancel the agreed balance, subject to any cancellation or other remedy available under applicable law.

The payment method, any recurring-payment authorisation and collection instructions are those disclosed and expressly authorised at checkout. This policy itself does not authorise an automatic debit or an additional fee. Refund or cancellation requests are reviewed under the Refund & Access Policy and applicable law.

Developer Bootcamp · learning-path upgrade

Developer Bootcamp purchasers may request an upgrade to an experience-based learning pathway within 24 hours of their successful purchase. Contact support on WhatsApp with your purchase email, receipt and chosen pathway. Support reviews eligible payment credit and confirms the balance before any upgrade payment. Credit is not deducted automatically at checkout; do not purchase the full package again while the request is being reviewed. The selected pathway’s named inclusions and published access terms apply after the upgrade is confirmed. Choosing not to upgrade does not remove your existing Bootcamp access.

5B. Diamond Membership and Founder Access

Complete Diamond and Founder Track

Complete Diamond is the standard Diamond Membership: the eligible current programme catalogue, enterprise and advanced programmes, and future standard Manifold course releases. Applying does not charge you or activate access; fit, payment and access are confirmed before membership activation. Live participation follows available intakes and published schedules.

Founder Track adds five private 1-on-1 guidance sessions to Complete Diamond. Sessions must be used within 12 months of enrolment, by mutual availability. It does not provide unlimited mentoring or always-on support.

The current public options are Diamond Membership and Founder Access. The two-phase Diamond Builder offer was withdrawn from new sales on 25 October 2026. Experience-based pathway packages are separate offers with their own named inclusions.

Existing Diamond and Founder members retain their agreed benefits. Individual course owners should request a review of eligible purchase credit before paying; prior purchases are not automatically deducted at checkout.

Future-course access covers standard Manifold releases. It excludes private consulting, corporate training, custom cohorts, partner or externally licensed programmes and special invitation-only offerings. Catalogue and assigned FDE or guidance reference values are comparisons, not former membership prices or cash-redeemable balances.

Review Diamond Membership and Founder Access and the refund and access policy before choosing.

6. Taxes and Currency

• For Indian customers, GST is applied where applicable in accordance with Indian tax law
• For international customers, prices listed in USD may be subject to currency conversion charges by your bank or card provider — these charges are outside our control
• Tax invoices reflecting the appropriate tax treatment will be issued for each completed transaction in the name of Manifold AI Learning LLP

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our products are digital — including live training programs, recorded sessions, templates, source code, checklists, rubrics, and learning resources — refunds may be limited once access has been granted, sessions have started, or digital materials have been consumed.

Any refund, cancellation or other remedy required by applicable law remains available. Subject to those rights, specific refund eligibility is governed by the product disclosures and refund terms agreed at the time of purchase. You are encouraged to review the curriculum, course format, inclusions, access terms, and refund terms carefully before completing your payment.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when registering and making purchases
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Respect the intellectual property of Manifold AI Learning and other learners
• Engage respectfully in community discussions and live sessions
• Not attempt to circumvent any access controls, paywalls, or technical protections

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

9. Community and WhatsApp Group Conduct

For programs that include access to a community channel or WhatsApp group:

• Discussions are limited to course-related topics and professional engagement
• Spam, harassment, hate speech, off-topic promotion, and any unlawful content are not permitted
• We reserve the right to remove members who violate community standards, without refund

Sharing of course materials, recordings, joining links, or community content outside the community is strictly prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, recordings, source code, templates, checklists, rubrics, branding, logos, and written content are owned by Manifold AI Learning or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Upon enrolment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own learning. You do not receive any ownership rights or rights to redistribute the content.

11. No Sharing of Course Materials

You may not:

• Share, resell, distribute, republish, or upload course materials, recordings, or any digital content
• Use our content to create competing products, training programs, or course content
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or attributions
• Reproduce content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or download protected content

Violation of these terms may result in account termination, removal of access without refund, and legal action where appropriate.

12. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Manifold AI Learning provides educational content and training programs intended to build engineering capability, system thinking, and the ability to articulate and defend technical decisions.

We do not guarantee:

• Job placement, job offers, or hiring outcomes at any specific organisation
• Salary increases, raises, or specific income outcomes
• Specific certification results from third-party providers (such as NVIDIA certifications, where applicable)
• Specific revenue, business, or career outcomes
• Specific learning outcomes — these depend on each learner's effort, prior experience, and consistency

References to past learner outcomes, testimonials, or sample case studies are illustrative and not representative of typical or guaranteed results.

13. Use of Examples, Projects, and Educational Content

Our programs may include examples, demo projects, case studies, and reference implementations. These are provided for educational purposes only.

Examples may reference real-world scenarios, fictional companies, or anonymised real situations. Any resemblance to specific individuals, companies, or proprietary systems is illustrative and does not imply endorsement, partnership, or association.

You are responsible for your own implementation choices and the consequences thereof. Educational content is not professional advice for any specific business, technical, financial, legal, or career decision.

14. Account Access and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services in the following situations:

• Violation of these Terms or community guidelines
• Sharing of credentials, materials, or recordings outside the permitted use
• Verified payment fraud or abuse; making a good-faith billing dispute or exercising a legal right is not, by itself, misconduct
• Use of our services for unlawful purposes
• Any other conduct that materially harms our community or business

Termination for cause does not entitle the learner to a refund. We will communicate the reason for termination by email where reasonable.

15. Third-Party Platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including learning management systems, video conferencing software, messaging applications, email service providers, and payment gateways. Continued availability of these third-party platforms is outside our direct control.

Use of any third-party platform is subject to that platform's separate terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the conduct, content, performance, or downtime of those platforms beyond what we directly publish.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Manifold AI Learning and its founder, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim
• We are not responsible for losses arising from your reliance on educational content, your implementation of techniques covered in our programs, or any third-party platform's downtime or behaviour

You use our services at your own risk.

17. Changes to Courses, Pricing, or Schedule

We reserve the right to:

• Update course curriculum, format, and content to reflect evolving best practices
• Modify pricing for future enrolments
• Change live session schedules with reasonable notice to enrolled learners
• Add new programs or discontinue programs from the catalogue

Changes that materially affect an active enrolment will be communicated to affected learners through email and WhatsApp.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We encourage good-faith dialogue before pursuing formal disputes. Please contact us at support@manifoldailearning.in to attempt resolution.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated through our website or email where appropriate.

Updated offer terms apply to purchases made under those terms. We do not use a later website update to add payment obligations or remove access already agreed for an existing purchase. Material changes requiring consent will be presented for agreement where required by law.

Experience pathway course packages

A pathway bundle is a one-time purchase of the courses named on that package’s page and checkout. The bundle price shown for your region is the final payable total, including applicable tax. Optional courses, vendor exam fees, model or tool subscriptions, private guidance, FDE Residency, Diamond membership and all future courses are separate unless expressly included.

These discounted packages require full payment. A standalone course’s instalment plan does not automatically apply to a package. Coupons cannot be stacked, and prior purchases are not automatically deducted. Contact support before purchase if you already own an included course.

Included memberships are provisioned automatically to the purchase email after successful payment. Allow a few minutes and contact support with your payment reference if access is missing. Courses keep their published formats, access terms, prerequisites and cohort or release dates. A package does not make a future live cohort or pre-release course immediately available in full. Refunds and access remain subject to the published refund policy and applicable law.

Experience bands, role examples and first-week exercises are preparation guidance. They are not a guarantee of job eligibility, a promotion, employment, exam success or progress by a deadline.

Enterprise AI Delivery & FDE Pathway

This one-time, full-payment package includes six named programmes: AI Architect System Design, Enterprise Mastery Bootcamp, FDE Residency, AI Evals & Reliability, Agentic Ops Bootcamp and AI Interview Playbook. The regional package amount is the final payable total, including applicable tax. The standalone Enterprise Flexi Pay offer does not apply to this package.

FDE access includes recordings released so far from the running cohort, its remaining scheduled live case labs and one future FDE live cohort when its schedule is announced. Future cohort dates are not yet announced. Learners should coordinate their future cohort place with support. Recordings and materials are released as the programme is delivered; enrolment does not mean all twelve weeks are already recorded.

Enterprise retains its separate published benefits: October async recordings, the November live cohort and two future Enterprise cohort opportunities, subject to announced schedules and programme availability. The Advanced RAG bonus activates after full payment. Agentic Ops remains pre-release, with full course available by 8 November 2026.

The FDE course includes its assignments and materials. Diamond membership, its exclusive Level Up workspace, all future standard courses, private Founder guidance, vendor exams and model/tool subscriptions are separate. Selected live submission review is not a promise of individual feedback or a guaranteed response time. Existing Diamond members keep their existing access and do not need this package.

Existing purchases are not credited automatically at checkout. Support must verify actual amounts paid, any outstanding instalment balances, eligibility and the final upgrade amount before a new payment. Do not buy the same access twice while awaiting support confirmation. Existing course access is retained if no upgrade is purchased.

Programme study order is guidance, not a requirement to finish every included course before joining scheduled live sessions. Employment, role transition, interviews, salary, promotion and delivery outcomes are not guaranteed.
