7-Day Refund Policy

Submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase

Send an email to support@manifoldailearning.in within 7 calendar days from your purchase date. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible.

Include your transaction information

Your email must include: Order / Transaction ID, the course name, your registered email address, and the reason for your request. This helps us locate and process your refund quickly.

Refund processed within 14 days

Once your request is verified, the refund will be initiated within 14 business days back to your original payment source.

Bank settlement time

After we initiate the refund, your bank or payment provider may take additional time (typically 3–10 business days) to reflect the amount in your source account. This is outside our control and varies by institution.

ℹ️Refund requests must be submitted via email with valid transaction details. Requests made through WhatsApp or other channels will not be considered for processing.

Enrollment in the Agentic AI Transformation Bootcamp is non-refundable. Given the nature of the program — live cohort sessions, direct mentorship, and exclusive community access — refunds are not applicable once enrollment is confirmed.

We encourage prospective learners to explore our free Enterprise RAG intro lesson and review the full curriculum before enrolling to ensure the Bootcamp is the right fit.

General Terms

Refunds are issued only to the original payment source — we do not issue refunds to a different account or via alternate payment methods.
Manifold AI Learning reserves the right to deny a refund if the request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Course access may be revoked upon approval of a refund request.
This policy applies to direct purchases made through the Manifold AI Learning platform. If purchased through a third-party platform, their refund policy may apply.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The effective date will be updated accordingly.
